7th January, we Japanese have one custom.
Eat congee named Nana kusa gayu.
Nana kusa gayu means seven herbs congee.
This season we can find nana kusa herbs at super market or flower shop like this.
When it eats, it is the feeling by which the body is purified.

Come to think of it, we Asian like eat congee at morning time.
I ate congee hundreds of time at Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Thailand & others.
