Tokyo girls collection 2010

Japan’s biggest fashion event The 10th Tokyo Girls Collection (東京ガールズコレクション) was held on March 6 at Yokohama Arena (横浜アリーナ）.

The fashion event showcases the seasons fashionable streetwear by domestic brands, and are modeled by popular models from various Japanese fashion magazines.

Jun Hasegawa (長谷川潤),Yu Yamada (山田優), Marie (マリエ), Nozomi Sasaki (佐々木希) and Karina (香里奈) were among many of the models and guests that took part in the event.

Mao Inoue was escorted on stage with actor Jonathan Sherr

The event is open not only to buyers and press, but also to the fans and incorporates live concerts by well-known artists.

Appearing in the upcoming movie “My Darling is a Foreigner(ダーリンは外国人）”, actress Mao Inoue (井上真央) was escorted on stage with actor Jonathan Sherr wearing a white wedding dress adorned with a big ribbon.  The movie will be released April 10.
