“TIFF 23”, the “Tokyo International Film Festival 23 ” (/第２３回東京国際映画祭) is being held Oct.23-31 at Roppongi Hills and other related venues in Tokyo. http://www.tiff-jp.net/en/
This festival is sponsored by some governmental bodies and a lot of companies and totally 116 films are being run, some of which are officially invited from foreign countries.
