A new- type sushi restaurant opened on this Oct.1st in Akihabara Tokyo, which is the mecca of the Japanese subculture. The name of the restaurant is “Nadeshiko zushi” (/なでしこ寿司)
The concept of that sushi restaurant is “fresh & kawaii” (kawaii means cute). And all of its sushi chefs are young girls who are 18 ~ 25 years old , with versed first- rate sushi chefs are in charge of purchasing of stock.
There are several recommended sushi sets, such as “Omakase set”(a set of leaving the choices up to the chefs) which includes 10 sushi pieces, a steamed egg hotchpotch , and a dessert , and “Deco- zushi” (decorated sushi ) which has a special features of animal shapes or heart marks, and others.
