The museum contains about 300 art works painted by contemporary Japanese artists and all of  which are  personal collections of the director. He had hosted exhibitions several times before this museum’s project was launched and found his collections were always quite popular among many people he had invited. Therefore, he made up his mind to found an art museum so that he could show the works to the public all the time.

The art building has special designs making much of the space and lighting effects for the visitors to appreciate the works very effectively.  About 165 works of  some 300 are exhibited parmanently and such an exhibition hall can be used as an event  hall as well.
