‘Mori-no-Private Spa’ is consisted of three different types of bathhouses. ‘Gingetsu’ is a Japanese style, ‘FU-RO’ is an Indonesian Bali style, and ‘Rinsen’ is a Chinese style, and each has an outdoor bath, a Ganban-yoku (hot stone bath) and a quiet resting area. When you make reservation, you can choose among them. Additional charge of 8,000 yen per room is required for 70 minutes (up to 4 guests). Although, maximum 6 guests can share the bathhouse, additional 1,000 yen per guest is required in this case.

‘Gingetsu’ is spaciously built open to the natural forest. It is something like a thatched hut in a mountain village. Relax yourself in the traditional Japanese interior. A gentle breeze brings you a soft tone of sound from nature which is comfortable to your ears. Soak deeply your body in an open air bath and enjoy seeing a large 165,000㎡beautiful landscape garden just in front of the bathhouse, or spend pleasant period in a ‘Ganban-yoku’ hot stone bath.

It is a good experience taking bath in ‘Private Spa In the Forest’.

‘Ganban-buro’ hot stone bath

A couch style ‘Ganban-buro’ hot stone bath is good for easy bathing. You can observe beautiful outside greenery scenery while taking ‘Ganabanyoku’. The wall of hot stone bath is kneaded with ‘Binchotan’ charcoal, and germanium and ‘Tenju-seki’ (one of the Korean natural stones) are used for a special seat in the bathroom.*Two guests can share the ‘Ganban-buro’ at the same time.

Living area

A straight line and refined appearance of the living area is decorated with abundant natural materials in a peculiar Japanese sense. A comfortable and specious interior attracts all bathers.

The ceiling of the bathhouse is decorated with plenty of bamboo which makes a full mood ofBaliatmosphere. Well illuminated interior decoration of bamboo and its quiet atmosphere in the room is wonderful, and the murmuring of flowing hot spring water is absorbed into the landscape garden. Please enjoy authentic Balinese atmosphere with something exotic feeling while taking a bath in ‘FU-RO’.

 ‘Ganban-buro’ hot stone bath

Sprawl out style ‘Ganban-buro’ makes your whole body really comfortable. You never feel oppressed but feel rather spacious in the hot stone bath, because of its wide framed glass windows. Maifan Stone, also known as ‘bakuhanseki (麦飯石)’, is used for ‘Ganban-buro’ which is a special mineral rock used in Chinese medicine to treat various skin diseases. Maifan Stone stimulates perspiration which is good for maintaining your health, especially makes your skin smoother. Two guests can share the ‘Ganban-buro’ at the same time.

Living area

Bamboo ceiling and each piece of furnishings in the living area are quite exotic. As well as enjoy taking bath in a characteristic Balinese style bath, you can make yourself comfortable in a quiet moment in the spacious living area.

The wall piled up with nostalgic Chinese type bricks which had been very common inShanghaiabout 100 years ago are tender to your feeling and really a sweet pleasure to gaze upon. Feel a breeze blows over greenery forest in Mother Nature, and enjoy a pleasant and elegant moment in an olden Chinese style bathhouse.

‘Ganban-buro’ hot stone bath

You feel really comfortable while taking hot stone bath in sprawl out style ‘Ganban-buro’. Maifan Stone, also known as ‘Bakuhanseki (麦飯石)‘, is used for ‘Ganban-buro’ which resembles to a piece of rice ball mixed with barley in shape. Two guests can share the ‘Ganban-buro’ at the same time.
