Atelier Pierrot -Osaka Tea Party Information

I would like to announce that on Feb.3rd(Sun), Atelier Pierrot Osaka is going to have a tea party!

Of course, we would like you to enjoy tea with the other members, staffs, games, photo shoots and enjoy the atmosphere different from your daily life!
We will have some awesome prizes waiting for you.

A fashion show that is created by our staffs and model, which focuses on the new Atelier Pierrot garments.

“Tea Party”
We will provide the snacks and drinks.
You can also enjoy games, photo shoots and will be going home with a special  gift.

*Dress code*
Please come wearing the brands that Atelier Pierrot provides.
( You can even show up with their accessories or something small. Doesn’t have to be a full outfit!)

Wearing Atelier Pierrot’s clothes is  not necessary, but please refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers, and other casual attires.

*Attention!*
A magazine interview will be held on this day.
There is a possibility that your picture might be taken.

Anybody under 12 years of age will not be allowed.

This will be a non-smoking environment.

Please understand that we may ask you to leave if you act or speak in a way that may cause problems to other people.

*How to attend*

We will start selling tickets from 2013 Jan 20 (Sun).
It will be first come first serve.
Up to 4 tickets per person.

*We will not sell tickets through the phone.
*We will not accept cancellation after the purchase of the tickets.
*We will send you the ticket the day after your purchase.

Yuko Ashizawa of Atelier Pierrot to appear at Sakura-Con

Sakura-Con is an an annual three-day anime convention held during March or April at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle, Washington. This year’s convention features Gothic and Lolita fashion ,and Yuko Ashizawa, designer of Atelier Pierrot will attend the event.

Gothic and Lolita Tea Party

A limited number of tickets are available to attend Gothic and Lolita Tea Party at the Historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel with our special guests Fumiko Kawamura of Chantilly and Yuko Ashizawa of Atelier Pierrot!

The Fairmont Olympic is a prestigious five diamond facility known for its Victorian decor and superb quality. Event dress and conduct is specifically designed to create the most fancifully elegant event possible. Please read all event instructions before making a ticket purchase.

Interested but not sure what to wear? Tickets include exclusive shopping privileges at the Angelic Pretty USA, Harajuku Hearts and Peace NOW USA booth at Sakura-Con. During the first hour the exhibits hall is open on Friday and at 9 am Saturday ticket holders can enjoy exclusive shopping privileges.

Saturday at noon ticket holders may attend the Gothic and Lolita Tea Party at the Fairmont Olympic hotel. Please arrive by noon for seating and wear your finest gothic and lolita fashions or formal attire. No cosplay is permitted for this event.

In order to provide a perfectly elegant atmosphere and experience for all guests, our fashionable hostesses have established a strict dress code. If you purchase tickets to this special event it is assumed you fully agree to all ticketing policy, conduct and dress guidelines. Only 2012 ANCEA/Sakura-Con registered members may purchase tickets. Please read the full guidelines before making your purchase. Tickets are $50.00.

Event Dress
Gothic and lolita attire are not required but is highly encouraged. Black or white tie formal wear are acceptable, as well as formal military, fire, or law enforcement wear are also acceptable with supporting credentials.
