Jun Fukue (福江純) — an astronomy professor, author, and science-fiction anime enthusiast — will also attend the event. <span id="more-5415"></span></p>
<p>The speakers will discuss space exploration and mankind&#8217;s knowledge of the universe, using the story world of the Gundam science-fiction anime to illustrate points.</p>
<p>For example, they will highlight the concepts, structure, and feasibility of cylindrical space colonies, which are known collectively as Sides 1 through 7 in Gundam.</p>
<p>The combined seminar and skygazing gathering will be held at the Tokyo City View Sky Deck in the Roppongi Hills 270 meters above sea level on March 9.</p>
